Eastern Shore Massage Therapy is operated by Meghan E. Shand, LMT, NASM-CPT, CrossFit L-1 Trainer

I practice massage in both private and spa settings, and I will work hard to create a massage plan that is right for you! 

I graduated from Radford University in 2004 with a B.S. in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism with concentrations in Outdoor Recreation and Recreation Management. 

I graduated from Anne Arundel Community College in 2007 with an A.A. in Massage Therapy.  I have been practicing Therapeutic Massage in a private practice and also a spa setting since then.  I am nationally and Maryland State certified, and I am also a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP).

I am certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, and Pre- and Perinatal Massage.  I specialize in relaxation and pain management. For more information about the types of massages I offer, click here.

I am certified by NASM as a Certified Personal Trainer, and I am also a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.  I have been working as a Personal Trainer for 3 years and worked with all different types of clients whose goals have ranged from weight loss to regaining every day functions after an injury or surgery.

In- Home Massage appointments available 7 days a week by appointment

Personal Training appointments available Monday – Friday 6am- 8pm
