Personal Training

How I train:

I focus on functional movements and the CrossFit methodology when training.  I work one on one with each client helping to achieve your goals, through different types of exercises that include bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, kettle bells, TRX straps, running, and mobility exercises.   I will put together a program that works best for each client on an individual basis.  I have worked with many different age groups from 16 – 87 years old.  Anyone and everyone can benefit from a daily or weekly exercise routine.  One on one or partner personal training available.  For more information or questions please email me at meshand@massagetherapy.com or call me at 410-829-2482. 

 
 

 

Personal Training appointments
available Monday – Friday 6am - 8pm

Rates for Personal Training
One on One
1 Hour Session: $60
10 – 1 Hour Sessions:  $550

Partner Training: 2 people at a time
(both participants must be present, if one person does not show they will not be reimbursed for the session)
1 Hour Session per person: $40
10 – 1 hour Sessions per person: $300
